The Descartes Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary company of The Descartes Systems Group, Inc. ( DSGX Nasdaq; DSG TSX) based in Waterloo, ON, Canada, a world class supplier of software that offers solutions that can be deployed as traditional applications or as a service to help customers optimize and gain real-time control of their inventory, logistics assets and mobile workforce.

EastBridge coordinated aspects of Descartes' plan to enter China and establish a wholly foreign owned entity in Suzhou , Jiangsu province, PRC. The comprehensive project included refining the operations strategy, site selection, negotiation of the articles of association, licensing & registration of Descartes' intellectual property and trademarks, and outsourcing of their back office processes.

EastBridge is contributing to Descartes' transition into by temporarily housing their staff in EastBridge's Suzhou incubator.
