BOSTON, MA, USA – January 31, 2006 – EastBridge Partners, LLC co-hosted a China Wireless Summit seminar on January 18, 2006 in San Diego, CA. The Summit, which was presented in conjunction with the Microwave Journal during the MTT-Wireless Symposium, was a primer for microwave, RF and wireless technology companies that are interested in building their businesses in Mainland China. The Summit was attended by more than fifty executives from Europe and North America.

The seminar featured presentations my Mr. Terry Kao, Director of Greater China Sales for Rogers Corporation and Jack Daniels, founder and president of EastBridge Partners, LLC. Each focused on the practical aspects of launching a new business in China including: formulating commercial strategies before entering China; accelerating the development of new sales including channel development; structuring advantaged entities; building comprehensive intellectual property (IP) protection plans; and recruiting & staffing strategies.

Following the event, Jack Daniels reported, “our team was quite pleased with the attendance at the Summit.
