BOSTON, MA, USA – August 11, 2005 – EastBridge Partners, LLC announced the granting of a Business License for a new software company in China. Eleven Technology (SIP) Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary company of Eleven Technology, Inc. based in Cambridge, MA, USA, a leading supplier of sales force automation (SFA) software for the fast moving consumer goods segment.

EastBridge coordinated all aspects of Eleven Technology’s plan to enter China and establish a wholly foreign owned entity in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, PRC. The development project included refining the operations strategy, site selection, negotiation of the articles of association, licensing & registration of Eleven’s intellectual property and trademarks, recruiting & hiring the executive team and outsourcing of their back office processes.

To provide for a smooth transition, Eleven’s China staff will be housed temporarily in EastBridge’s Suzhou incubator.
