BOSTON, MA, USA - March 8, 2005 - EastBridge Partners, LLC announced
the appointment of Hui Jojo Deng as Corporate Controller. She is
filling a position recently created as a result of growth within the
EastBridge family of companies.

In this assignment, Ms. Deng will be responsible for the company's financial systems worldwide, banking relationships, and the design and implementation of reporting systems, which can be scaled up to support growth in the U.S. and abroad. She will report directly to John "Jack" Daniels, EastBridge President and CEO.

Daniels states that "Jojo's depth of knowledge of financial systems, U.S. and China GAAP, combined with her specialized operational and accounting background, make her a wonderful fit for EastBridge. We are very pleased to have her join our organization."

Ms. Deng brings the company more than fifteen years of professional experience, which began with Arthur Anderson in Shanghai, PRC. She is a CPA in China and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese.

Ms. Deng earned a master's degree in Business Administration from Simmons School of Management in Boston, Massachusetts, and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management Information Systems from the University of International Business & Economics in Beijing, PRC.
